Delivery and Shipping


We charge a flat rate of 8 USD for purchases below 150 USD.
For purchases above 150 USD, we offer free shipping to most parts of the world*!


If you wish to send your order by express mailing options, you can choose express shipping for delivery at check out. You will be given the choice to select various shipping options available to the country of delivery. Depending on stock availability, we might contact you for confirmation on your shipping option. If you do not find the shipping option you want, kindly contact us.

If you had used any free shipping promotional code, please note that this only applies to standard shipping. Shipping promos DO NOT apply to express shipping unless stated. 


These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Jewelsalem.

As all of our products are handmade items, we need time to create them, and the time needed to finish the creation is not included in the delivery time. Always check with us in advance to see our processing time as that varies at different periods in the year. It is also helpful if you leave us a note during checkout to indicate when you need your order to be delivered.


For regular post, your order will generally take around 5 - 20 business days to reach you.

Long public holidays and year-end Christmas / New Year holidays will usually cause an extra 2 - 3 weeks of delays. Our advice is to place your order before the peak season! 

We are able to dispatch orders from Europe as well as from Asia. Clients in Europe, UK and Asia might be able to receive their packages sooner.

Average delivery in Continental Europe is around  5 - 7 business days generally.

Delivery to UK takes 7 - 12 business days generally.

Delivery to Singapore takes 3 - 7 business days.

Delivery to US usually takes 12 - 20 business days generally.

Delivery to Australia and New Zealand takes 14 - 30 business days generally.

Clients in Canada takes around 14 - 30 business days generally.


To clients opting for express delivery, please provide a reliable and secure shipping address, and do ensure there is no spelling errors. We will not be responsible for missing packages with wrong mailing address given at checkout. Please also include a contact number for couriers to get in touch.


Some countries require VAT/import fees at customs before delivery can be completed. The buyer is solely responsible for these fees. 


*We do not ship to China, South America, Africa, Russia, Middle East region. 


If your order comes with tracking number, it can usually be tracked on your national postal site. This is dependent on your country. 


We do not ship to a hotel. But if this is a case of emergency, we can make an exception, but the responsibility is on you, the client, to make sure you receive the package. We will not be responsible for guaranteeing package reception and delivery.


In this case, do not hesitate to inform us in advance, but preferably not a few days before your wedding / event. We will try our best to assist in finding information and tracking for your package. However we are not responsible for mistakes or delays caused by the postal delivery service of your country. We are two separate companies and unfortunately in this case, we do not work at the post office.
